Joanna Wiewiórska has been an attorney at law – a member of the Regional Chamber of Attorneys at Law in Wroclaw – since 2007. She earned a master’s degree in Law from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Wroclaw. She also earned a master’s degree in Management and Marketing from the same Faculty. Joanna Wiewiorska has been providing legal services since 1998.

Specialty and professional interests

Joanna Wiewiórska has advised both state-owned and private entities on matters relating to the financial market. She has experience in banking and securities law (including the law on bills of exchange). She has participated, inter alia, in preparing and managing issue programmes for municipal bonds and commercial debt securities. She has also been involved in drafting and managing agreements of banking syndicates created for the purpose of issuing debt securities.

Joanna Wiewiórska also specialises in matters relating to labour law, including occupational diseases and accidents at work, providing legal aid to clients in the phase of pre-court disputes and litigations.

Joanna Wiewiórska also drafts and reviews commercial agreements.

She advises clients operating in such sectors as the production of household appliances, financial services, automotive, machinery, and wholesale and retail trade sector.

Languages and hobbies

Joanna Wiewiórska is fluent in English. In her spare time, she learns Spanish, travels, and in winter she enjoys skiing.
